Is CABDA open to the public?

No, CABDA is not open to the public. CABDA is an Industry-Only, B2B event. 

What Badge Type Should Select?

We have multiple attendee badge types to make it easy for our exhibitors to identify you. 

Retailer Attendee - 
Our Retailer Badge Type is available for authorized/full-service retailers of multiple brands, who are buying products at wholesale prices with intention to re-sell or utilize commercially.

Included categories are: 
Bicycle Shop,  Rental Location,  Skate Shop,  Outdoor Store,  Tour Provider,  Mobile Operator, Bike Fitter, Professional Mechanic,  Running Store,  Fitness Equipment Retailer,  Paddlesports Store,  Powersports Dealer,  Resort / Hospitality,  Co-Op / Not For Profit Storefront. 

The following categories are NOT eligible for Retailer Badges:
Manufacturer's Stores, DTC Channels & Outlets, Sales Reps and/or Rep Agencies, Media Sales and Sports Marketing Professionals, Affiliate Sales, Third-Party Service Providers.  


Non-Exhibiting Company
All staff, owners, executives, and representatives from brands and service providers not exhibiting at the current show must register as Non-Exhibiting Companies.  For information about exhibiting at CABDA, please contact [email protected] or visit www.cabdaexhibitors.com.


Journalist / Working Media - 
CABDA is open to industry, news, and consumer-focused media outlets and working journalists including print, TV, radio, and online as well as any writer, photographer, or editor with an editorial assignment to cover the show for a media outlet that is related to the outdoor industry. Including:

• Magazine and newspaper editorial staff.
• TV crews, reporters, videographers, technicians.
• Editorial photographers and photo editors.
• Freelance and contributing writers and photographers on assignment.
• Website, blog, or podcaster meeting specific engagement criteria.

No soliciting is allowed in booths and could result in removal from the show floor. Advertising and other Media Sales Professionals do NOT qualify for Journalist Badges.  


Advocacy / Non-Profit Board Member - 
CABDA is open to board members or executive staff of approved non-profits and advocacy groups. Attendee must be employed by or on the Board of Directors of an approved nonprofit organization (membership does not qualify). Cycling Club members and organizers do not qualify for badges.

Sports Marketing / Media Sales /
Advertising Sales / Event & Sponsorship Sales -

CABDA welcomes attendees involved in the sale of advertising, sponsorships, memberships, event promotion, and/or other printing, publishing, branding, or marketing. 

Race/Ride Directors
CABDA welcomes attendees involved in the organization of organized Races and Rides. This badge type is only for Race/Ride Directors. Marketing Staff and other Event Sponsorship or Advertising Sales Staff should use our "Media Sales" badge type. Cycling Clubs, Amateur Teams, and general enthusiast do not qualify for badges.   

Will I receive my badge in the mail?

No. All badges are printed on-site when you arrive.
